As part of the Australian Governments Economic Stimulus initiative the Home Efficiency Package aims to insulate the 40% of Australian homes that are currently not insulated and in doing so

The Government has allocated $3.9billion dollars to provide home owners without insulation a rebate of up to $1600 to insulate their homes roof or ceilings.
